Jason Fitzgerald is the founder of the contract website OverTheCap.com. An engineer by day, Jason is an NFL salary cap expert and contributing writer for Sporting News. He has been hired as a consultant, by both NFL teams and sports representation agencies, conducting contract analytic projects. His work has been cited by numerous print and digital media, including Sports Illustrated, NFL.com, Sporting News, Yahoo Sports, New York Times, Boston Globe, and the Seattle Times. He earned an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Jason is a lifelong New York Jets fan and lives in New Jersey with his wife, Mandy, and two children, Megan and Jacob. Vijay Natarajan got his start working in athlete representation at KMG Sports Management, a sports management agency which represents college basketball head coaches and NBA players. He later joined KLASS Sports, LLC providing statistical analysis and overseeing the day-to-day operations for their NFL clients. He conducts his own analytic studies, focusing on expected contract trends. His expertise is in sports collective bargaining agreements, salary caps and player contract negotiations. Vijay earned his Master’s in Sports Administration from Xavier University. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Vijay is a lifelong Bengals and Reds fan. He lives with his wife Menaka in Atlanta.
